About Papua Waterfall

Papua Waterfall, more commonly referred to on local tourist maps as Wigmore’s Waterfall, stands as the only publicly accessible jungle waterfall on the island of Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. Reaching approximately 49 feet (15 metres) in height, it flows from the Papua stream down into a refreshing freshwater natural swimming pool, making it a popular detour for swimmers, families, and weary hikers. Open all day, every day during daylight hours.
