About Arahoho Blowhole
The Arahoho Blowhole, locally known as Trou du Souffleur. When the swell is big enough, huge sprays of water shoot out from the trou du souffleur (blowhole) in a little park by the road just after the tunnel at PK22 on the northeast coast of Tahiti Nui, coming from Pape’ete. The blowhole is at the end of the path and there’s a small parking lot. Just past the blowhole is a fine sliver of black-sand beach, nice for a picnic.
