About Swallows Cave

Swallows Cave is a spectacular, partially-submerged marine cave located on the northwest tip of Kapa Island within the Vava'u Island Group of Tonga. Carved out of natural coastal limestone over centuries, it is widely celebrated as one of the South Pacific's most mystical and iconic snorkeling and diving destinations. You do not strictly need a tour guide to explore Swallows Cave, but you absolutely need boat transport to get there, as it cannot be reached by land.
